  Interlux Teak Care (Ground UPS)
Considered by many to be the

Scandinavians know a thing or
two about teak. In fact, they were building wooden boats before America was
discovered! Combine that heritage with Akzo Nobel's 122 year history of making
marine coatings and it's no wonder that Interlux teak care products are
considered by many to be the best in the world.
| Teak has a natural hard,
waxy, oil that protects the wood from the environment. If not replaced,
this natural oil will dry out and teak will turn a dull gray and can
suffer from algae and mold. Before teak can be oiled, it must be
completely clean.

Premium Teak Restorer cleans, restores and brings back the natural
color of teak and other hardwoods without bleaching or staining
surrounding fiberglass, wood, metal and painted surfaces. |

Teak Restorer Application
Instructions:
- Soak the teak with either fresh or salt
water. If extremely dirty, clean surface with Interlux All Purpose
Boat Soap.
- Apply Teak Restorer generously with a
brush and allow to stand for several minutes.
- Scrub the teak with a stiff brush while
still wet going across the grain.
- Re-apply Teak Restorer if wood is dry.
- Rinse with water and allow to dry.
- Finish with Interlux Premium Teak Oil
Teak Care Tips:
- Never use steel wool aboard your boat to
clean teak. It will leave a trail of rust particles when dried that
are impossible to remove.
- Always use a 3M Scotch-Brite Pad or
stiff brush.
- Always scrub across the grain of the
wood, never with it.

| Teak Oil is the
traditional way to replenish the wood's natural oil, protect it and give
it a rich, honey, glow. Teak Oil enriches the wood, replenishing the
natural oils lost through weathering.
Interlux Premium Teak
Oil is a Scandinavian formula of linseed, tung and fish oils that
penetrates even damp teak to restore luster and natural color. Once dry,
it forms a barrier that protects against the effects of weathering, UV
exposure, acid rain, mold and mildew. |

| Interlux Premium
Teak Oil also contains a rust inhibitor to protect metal screws, nails and
fasteners from corrosion. It is safe for use around fiberglass, wood,
metal and painted surfaces and dries quickly. You can apply a coat of
Premium Teak Oil in the morning and walk on it in the afternoon.
Premium Teak Oil
Application Instructions:
- Clean wood with Interlux Teak Restorer.
- For best results, allow teak to dry.
- Apply 1 to 2 coats of Premium Teak Oil
with a cloth or paint brush.
- Allow to dry before touching.
- Repeat during season if required.
